Common Issues
Zoom chat sending does not work
Make sure the app is opened inside a Zoom Meeting and that the app has been authorized. If needed, use the copy button and paste the material into Zoom chat manually.
AI word assistant does not respond
Check whether the assistant is set to demo mode or OpenAI API mode. OpenAI mode requires a configured server-side API key.
Materials look too large or too small
Open settings and adjust the interface scale. Compact and focus layout modes are available for narrow windows.
Response Time
This app is currently in controlled testing. Support responses are handled manually and may depend on lesson schedules and testing availability.
